No project is too large or small. They all receive the attention they deserve from all the effort put in. Most projects typically range between 55-75 tracks. Perhaps 120+ on Symphony Orchestral type ensembles. Generally I would ask you for a rough mix  and the genre/target audience with a few reference of popular songs you would compare the style to. Address any concern you have, and apply any fixes if need be, with a final check by you.
